These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BizSwitch (“Platform”).
By registering or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into contracts.

2. User Account

  • You must keep your account information accurate.

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations.

3. Business Listings

By posting a listing, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to sell or represent the business

  • Information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading

  • You will update any changes immediately

We reserve the right to remove listings that violate rules or appear fraudulent.

4. Communication Between Buyers & Sellers

BizSwitch only provides a platform for connection.
We are not responsible for:

  • The accuracy of listings

  • Legitimacy of buyers or sellers

  • Negotiations, payments, or agreements made between users

All dealings are at your own risk.

5. Paid Plans & Features

For premium features (highlighting, boosting, advertising):

  • Fees are non-refundable unless specified

  • Payment processors handle all transactions

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Post false or misleading information

  • Engage in fraud, spam, or abusive behavior

  • List illegal, unethical, or prohibited businesses

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Platform

  • Extract data via scraping or automation tools

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, code, and Platform content belong to Veblogy Innovative Technology Pvt. Ltd.
Users retain rights over their listing content but grant us a license to display it.

8. Limitation of Liability

BizSwitch is a facilitator platform.
We are not liable for:

  • Financial losses

  • Business damages

  • Incorrect information provided by users

  • Failed deals or disputes

Use the platform at your own discretion.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating Terms without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
